How do I create a tenant?
Go to Tenants, click Add Tenant, fill in the required fields and save. Then you can link that tenant to a property.
How can I view a property's rent details?
In the Properties list, open View on the property card. In Property Details you will find Rent Status by year and month.
What is the dashboard for?
The dashboard provides overall metrics for your portfolio, such as total properties, occupancy, paid rents and received income.
How do I add a property with contract details?
Create a tenant first, then add the property, assign that tenant and define start, end and due day.
Can I install this as a mobile app?
Yes. RentFlow supports PWA install when your browser shows the install option.
How do I know there is a new update?
On login, when the app is already installed, an action appears to check or apply updates.
Can I edit or delete records after creating them?
Yes. In Properties and Tenants you can use Edit and Delete actions to keep records up to date.
Does the app work well on mobile?
Yes. The interface is responsive and includes mobile navigation with sidebar and quick actions.
What happens if I go offline?
The app displays an offline banner and some features may be limited until your connection is restored.
